What type of services do you offer?

At Aloha Signs Plus, we offer a wide range of services – from screen printing, laser engraving, and vinyl banners, to stickers, labels and promotional products – we can do it all! What is your turnaround time?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround and exemplary customer service, and will work with you to deliver your order quickly and accurately. Please notify us of your deadline when requesting a quote or placing your order, and we will confirm your delivery date. 

For Screen Printing, once final artwork is approved, your order will be ready within 1-2 weeks.

For Direct To Garment Printing, once final artwork is approved, your order will be ready within 3 business days.

For Laser Etching and Engraving, once final artwork is approved, your order will be ready within 3-5 business days.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes. Some print jobs are subject to higher setup costs, and as such we have a minimum quantity for some of our services.

For Screen Printing, the minimum order is 25 pieces for a 1-3 color print, and 75 for a 4+ color print. 

For Laser Etching and Engraving, the minimum order is 5 items.

For Direct to Garment Printing, we have no order minimum.

What are the costs associated with my order?

Additional costs depend on what type of order you place. For screen printing, we charge a $50 screen setup fee. For all other orders, we may charge an additional setup fee for your art file. 

What is your misprint policy?

Aloha Signs Plus is committed to providing excellent service every time.

We will provide a design proof for you, and you must approve the final design proof before it goes to production.

We will gladly correct errors due to print or production – however, we are not responsible for customer design errors such as type, color mode, image resolution, or artwork setup errors.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes! Please call us for more information. 

Can I mix and match sizes, styles, and colors of garment?

Yes! You can choose to mix your sizes, styles, and colors for screen printed or direct-to-garment designs. The only requirement is that the same artwork is used on all pieces.

Will I get a proof?

Yes! We’ll provide you with a final design proof before going to print on all new orders. Your proof will show the size, colors, and location of your design. It is up to you to inspect the carefully proof for accuracy. Once you have approved the final design we will send your job to print.

When will my order be ready?

Production time depends on several factors, including ordering supplies, approving artwork, reviewing the final design proof, and our production schedule.

Can you Design a logo or graphic for me?

Yes! We offer graphic design services and artwork setup for an additional fee.
